Q-1. I have no account for Bansberry. How can i have one?

Q-2 How can I Make call?
Ans: Make sure you can see “Registered Succesfully” on the screen. If so just press your desired destination number (Including Country/Area Code). Then simply press Green Key (Yes key) which you used to use when making normal call. There is another option, you can select “Call Now” from the “Option” Menu. Then you can see “CALLING” on the screen. If it is ringing on the other side you can see “Call in Progress” on the screen. If your callee answer your call you can see “CONNECTED” on the screen.
Q-3 How can I End/Disconnect an established call?
Ans: Simply press Red (End/No Key) button of your mobile. It will disconnect an established call. After disconnecting you can see “DISCONNECTED” on the screen.
Q-4 How can I view “Call Logs”?
Ans: Go to “Option” menu then select “Call Log” from the menu.
Q-5 Is it possible to call from “Call Logs”?
Ans: Yes, Just select a number from the “Call Logs”. You can see the number on your screen. Then follow the answer of Q-2.
Q-6 How can I change my “account”?
Ans: Go to “Option” menu then select “Account” and put your account details.
Q-7 How can i reach customer care?
Ans: Go to “Option” menu then select “Help Line” you will automatically connect with our customer care.
Q-8 Is there any quick help to use Bansberry Dialer?


Ans: Yes, go to “Option” menu and select “Help”, you can see a quick, short and helpful User Guide there.
